Ring Sizing
Please ensure you are confident in the ring size you request. If you have bought a postal package, a trusted ring sizer will be included in the package. Once a ring has been made in a specific size, it cannot be refunded or replaced.
Jewellery Care
Care instructions are included with every order. I am unable to replace items that have been damaged due to improper care.
Sending Ashes, Hair, Fur or Breastmilk
Posting ashes, hair, fur or breastmilk is done entirely at your own risk. Royal Mail is extremely reliable, but on rare occasions items can go missing. Please never send all that you have of a loved one. You can postal packages from my website that includes everything you need to send your inclusions.
Returns
Returns can only be accepted if there is a fault with the ring.
Made to Order
All items are made to order and therefore cannot be refunded once completed.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final amount.

When I saw her Christmas baubles last month at the market, I knew I had to have one. I know they are Christmas colours, but her sample was perfect with my logo, so...I got one! Beautifully made, and I'm gonna hang it year round!
