Terms & Conditions
Payment & Lead Times
Most orders (excluding Gold) require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due once your piece is ready to be delivered. Silver pieces typically have a lead time of 1–2 weeks.
Silver Pendants
All Silver pendants include your choice of chain, already factored into the price.
Gold Pieces
All Gold pieces require full payment upfront as each one is custom‑made to order. The lead time for gold pieces is 8-10 weeks. Gold pendants are priced for the pendant only and do not include a chain. All Gold pieces are available in White Gold, Rose Gold, or Yellow Gold, allowing you to choose the finish that suits your style.
