Ring Sizing
Please ensure you are confident in the ring size you request. I always recommend visiting a local jeweller for an accurate measurement or using a trusted ring sizer. Once a ring has been made in a specific size, it cannot be refunded or replaced.

Jewellery Care
Care instructions are included with every order. I am unable to replace items that have been damaged due to improper care.

Sending Ashes, Hair, Fur or Breastmilk
Posting ashes, hair, fur or breastmilk is done entirely at your own risk. Royal Mail is extremely reliable, but on rare occasions items can go missing. Please never send all that you have of a loved one.

Returns
Returns can only be accepted if there is a fault with the ring.

Made to Order
All items are made to order and therefore cannot be refunded once completed.
