Postal Kits

To create your keepsake with the utmost care, we only need a very small amount of your chosen inclusion. Everything you send is handled gently and respectfully from the moment it arrives.

Ashes & Hair

A tiny amount is all that’s required for each item:

• A pinch of ashes, or

• A small lock of hair

Please place your inclusion into a well‑sealed bag, then into an envelope for posting. Any unused ashes or hair will be send back to you with your finished piece/s.

Breast Milk

For breast milk keepsakes, we require:

• 10ml of milk, sealed securely in a breast milk storage bag

• Place the bag inside a cardboard envelope to prevent leaks during transit

Your milk does not need to be fresh — frozen milk is absolutely fine. Please only send the required amount, as unused milk cannot be returned.

Important Details

To help us identify your order, please include:

• Your name

• Your order number (if you have one)

And write your return address on the back of the envelope so it can make its way back to you if undelivered.

Posting Your Inclusions

Please post using one of the following:

• A Large Letter stamp, or

• Signed For service via the Post Office (recommended)

Your posting address will be emailed to you after checkout.

Any additional postage charges caused by incorrect stamps will be billed to you, so please ensure the correct postage is applied.
